East Coast Engineering, Inc. (ECE) has primarily worked in Monmouth and Ocean Counties, although our contacts and general knowledge of state law allows us to produce our high quality work statewide. Through our experiences we have a good rapport with the staff of many local planning boards, and review agencies. ECE is a group of professional engineers, surveyors, and planners that through their varied backgrounds and diversified abilities can optimize the design by applying various innovative ideas to produce a cost effective and easy to construct project.
