We offer the services that only a small family business can provide. With over 35 years serving the Central Pennsylvania area, providing quality service and value to the customer is our mission. Established in 1977, Chuck Loomis started a Guaranteed Systems franchise. After much success, Capital Area Carpet Cleaners was founded in 1982. In early 2001, Scott Loomis joined his father in the family business. In 2007, Pat and Chuck expanded the business to include janitorial services.
