Gene moved his family from Chicago, IL in 1977, bought the business from an elderly couple 3 months later. In 1985 he built the establishment on Kennesaw Street and designed it himself and branched out into the body repair and towing business. He solely ran the company for 28 years with the help of his daughter and son who took over the business 6 years ago when Gene retired. The company has sponsored for many years and donated to many local kids sports leagues and continue to do so.
