Florence Carter is the best hair dresser I have ever had. In the past, getting my hair done was a hassle and I never truly liked the outcome. Then I found Florence. My hair has become long and healthy since she's started working her magic. Along with the wonderful results I get from seeing Florence, she has taught me little tricks and special ways of caring for my hair to keep it up to top shape in between visits. I've had people burn my face with a hot comb, burn my scalp with the relaxer, and give me some of the worst haircuts I have ever received. Florence has fixed all
