MD Laser Medicine and Surgery is a dermatology office practice offering both general dermatology and cosmetic dermatology. On top of routine dermatologic care our general dermatology practice comprises dermatologic surgery. We're an established vein clinic specializing in Endovenous Laser Ablation (EVLA) for the treatment of varicose veins and other minimally-invasive vein restoration procedures such as sclerotherapy, ambulatory phlebectomy and surface lasers. The cosmetic surgery (cosmetic dermatology) aspect of our practice specializes in minimally invasive skin surgery procedures mostly using lasers. We're particularly known in the region for the laser assisted liposuction procedure, Smartlipo™. Led by the medical expertise of Clement Banda, M.D., we are one of Maryland’s most experienced providers of Smartlipo™–and one of Greater Baltimore and Washington, D.C.’s longest established cosmetic laser and vein restoration practices.
