We are owned by Mary Ann Morse Healthcare Corp., a Framingham non-profit that operates both Heritage at Framingham as well as Mary Ann Morse Healthcare Center, a skilled nursing care and short-term rehab community in Natick. We are governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, all of whom live locally. The Heritage at Framingham community is conveniently located near Boston, Newton, Metro West, Marlborough and Worcester hospitals.
