I have been going to the Perfect Blend in Highland Park at least twice a week for the past year, so I would consider myself a regular customer. Yesterday, they gave me the wrong soup, a type I never order because I do not like it. I called to let them know they gave me the wrong soup and that I planned on coming in the next day to get a free bowl of soup to replace the wrong one. When I went in today, the owner gave me the correct bowl of soup, but no apology. I checked in the bag and there was no bread (which is supposed to come with the soup). I asked why,
