Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Center offers services in acupuncture, cardiology, critical care, dentistry & oral surgery, dermatology, diagnostic imaging, emergency medicine, internal medicine, neurology/neurosurgery, oncology, and surgery. A board certified veterinary specialist has completed a 4-year undergraduate degree and 4 years of veterinary school, followed by a 1-year internship and 3-year residency in their specialty. They must also pass a credential review and specialty board examinations to receive credentials as a board-certified specialist. At Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Center, our board-certified specialists offer the latest in state of the art equipment and patient care. Our doctors pride themselves on building strong relationships with family veterinarians through constant communication. This ensures continuity of care between pet owners, referring veterinarians and Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Center doctors.
