Total Body Yoga is all about making yoga approachable for those newly curious souls and a place to deepen one's practice for the more seasoned yogi. A fun and friendly place for the entire family - moms, dads, kids, athletes, and busy executives - to learn and practice yoga. Taught by certified and caring yoga teachers, we offer over 60 weekly yoga classes for beginners, intermediate, and advanced students, monthly workshops, teacher training programs, and other holistic healing services.
