Donald J. Steinberg, M.B.A., D.D.S., M.S.D. DIPLOMATE, AMERICAN BOARD OF PERIODONTOLOGY Dr. Steinberg is a native of Dallas and graduated from Southern Methodist University. He received his Masters in Business from the University of Dallas. The blend of art, science and caring for people led Dr. Steinberg into pursuing a career in the dental field. He attended Baylor Dental College and received the prestigious Merritt Parks award for Outstanding Senior Student in Periodontics. His specialty training and Masters in Periodontics (MSD) were also achieved at Baylor Dental College with supplemental anesthesiology training at Parkland Hospital. In 1995, he became board certified by the American Board of Periodontology. Dr. Steinberg is President of Periodontal & Implant Assocs., PA. In 1988, Dr. Steinberg received the Dallas County Dental Society’s Founder’s Cup Trophy for his work on the regeneration of lost bone and tissue. This bone regeneration technique has become a standard in the field of periodontic and implant dentistry. Dr. Steinberg’s continual love of learning and teaching has led to sponsoring and lecturing continuing education seminars on dental implants, bone regeneration, and cosmetic consideration. In 1999, he became the director of the local branch of the prestigious Seattle Study Club organization with 40 respected dental practices in membership. Dr. Steinberg was selected by his peers in Texas Monthly 2006 for “the best in their profession” in Periodontics, only the top 5% of the dentists are named. Dr. Steinberg was also recently recognized as one of the top dentists in Southlake in Southlake Style magazine. Dr. Steinberg and his experienced team are dedicated to listening and understanding each patient’s needs and concerns…hence: the feeling patients experience “peace of mind is priceless.” Dr. Steinberg offers IV sedation for the comfort of the patient. He has vast experience with complex cases needing specialty care, be it implant, bone regeneration, gum disease or cosmetics.
