Waterbury Select Physical Therapy is a 4,500 sq foot facility that houses an onsite pool measuring 20 ft x 8 ft with depths from 4 to 6 ft and a hydraulic chair lift to assist patients with transfers into and out of the pool. Our highly respected clinical team provides preventative and rehabilitative services that maximize functionality and promote well-being. We develop individualized treatment plans to help achieve each patient's specific goals. Our commitment to customer satisfaction is demonstrated by our high-quality clinical care, positive interaction with patients, complete and timely communication to physicians and case managers, patient education programs, convenient locations and prompt appointment availability. We offer the following programs and services: Aquatic Therapy Athletic Training Services Injury Prevention Training Office Workstation Evaluation Orthotics Pediatric Rehabilitation Return-to-Work Program Sports Medicine Vestibular Rehabilitation Work Conditioning Functional Capacity Evaluations . We participate with most major medical insurance plans including but not limited to: Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Connecticare, Medicaid/Husky (for patients under the age of 21 years old), Medicare, Oxford, Tricare, and United Healthcare.
