Therapeutic, rehabilitative and preventative services are provided by our highly respected team of clinical therapists. Treatments are customized for each patient based on their specific needs and goals. All treatments aim to maximize functionality and promote well-being in the outpatient setting (no inpatient or in-home therapy services). We are conveniently located at 2009 Memorial Blvd in Springfield, TN and have prompt appointment availability.
