We provide doctors and patients with a trusted environment where care is based on scientifically sound research, with staff who are fully credentialed and qualified to work with a variety of health risks. We use exercise as a prescription to co-manage chronic disease and to reduce the risks, signs and/or symptoms of illnesses which limit your overall quality of life. Each individual that we see is given a unique program to follow including visits with an Exercise Therapist/Personal Trainer, a Registered Dietitian, and an Exercise Physiologist.
