DO NOT USE Marshall Asphalt and Concrete to do ANY CONCRETE WORK for you. They poured a sidewalk for me on December 2nd, 2013 and by March 30th, 2014 it was pitted and chipped. Little did we know, the sidewalk concrete never set up! At the time of payment on the day the job was completed, the company requested that the check be made to MIKE COLEY and not to MARSHALL ASPHALT AND CONCRETE and never provided a written receipt. Were they hiding income from the business books and the tax officials? When SHERI MARSHALL was contacted about this problem on March 31
