I spoke to Liz November 22, 2010 to report the damages on my shutters. She told me to get the measurement of the louver and how many were damaged. I called her the next day and gave her the information she needed. She said there will be a $75 trip charge and $200 for 4 louvers for painting. There were 4 bad louvers on each of the shutters, one on each bedroom. I ask why is she charging me for re-painting the damaged louvers.
