I purchased six, large, beautiful mirrors for my studio in 2009 from this company and was thrilled with the product and installation, however, in 2011, when I decided to move my studio to another location and contacted Ability Glass Service to request help in removing the mirrors from the walls, transporting them to the new location and re-installing them, I was horrified by the unprofessionalism and disregard I was greeted with...
