On a cold winter night when I had company visiting my house my furnace quit working. Quickly I looked through the phone book and picked the closest HVAC dealer Spring Grove Heating and Cooling to have the furnace repaired. They took a couple of hours to arrive and within 5 minutes came back upstairs telling me I had a cracked heat exchanger and I needed to replace my furnace. The repairman said they would make a special trip into his store in the morning opening it up for me to pick out a new furnace. He estimated the cost to be around $4000.00. Mind you this was Fri
