We moved in just under six months ago. Since then our son's room has flooded three times, our heat has broken SIX times, and our water heater keeps giving out. Sometimes a large amount of people live in one apartment. The neighbors across the way have at least six people living there. The parking is atrocious. It's not uncommon to have to park multiple buildings away from where you actually reside. They do take a while to respond to maintainence calls and when they do come the workmen are less than experienced. (i.e. when my son's room flooded the third time they put a gian
