This place has some good deals on various produce. Prices change weekly, shop around. Most everything else in the store is overpriced though. Can occasionally get good deals on produce, but Value Plus and the 99cent store also has good deals on produce too, and they are a block away at Baldwin Park Blvd and Ramona. Vallarta always smells of rancid meat, and the store is not very clean. The music is mexican, and nice atmosphere, makes you feel as if you are in Tijuana.
