Regarding the post by Scammed, It's impossible for healthcare providers to know what condition each insurance company covers, what your deductible is, what your max out of pocket is, etc. Unless it is a standard visit to your family physician, you should call your insurance company and ask them. It takes five minutes. I have found BackWorks to provide excellent care, at a fair cost. Not cheap, but fair. Judy is an excellent therapist and doesn't just provide PT, but also spends more time explaining things than just about any medical professional
