I requested the store manager when reached the window to pay. I explained how long I had been waiting and all I received was an angry response saying "I'm sorry a stove is down" and he turned away without waiting for a response from me. He was very unprofessional and I will not return to the Quincy Restaurant. Word to the wise, if you are a manager, you are paid a manager's salary to be the one to lessen complaints- not blow off your steam to a customer like a teenage employee might do.
