Blazing Saddles Saloon is a new Columbus restaurant with some of the liveliest entertainment and best food in Columbus. Saloons in America began in the early 1800’s as common space for conversation, relaxation, business, and drinking Rotgut (whiskey cut with household ingredients). A saloon’s appearance varied from when and where it grew, starting out as tents and wagons, and quickly transforming to the classic old western saloon we know today.
