Ordered graduation cake. Specifically told them orange/blue colors. They wrote it down. Picked up $54 cake. Colors were yellow/blue. Was told 1 1/4 hrs. before party if we took the cake back then they would give us a full refund. And we would have no cake for our party. Jackie (we were told is the owner) said "what's the big deal. Your son graduated. He got a diplmoa. And you had a party." She offered $5 refund. No apology. She couldn't understand what the deal was.
