At Wags and Whiskers Pet Resort, your pet will be treated as a member of the family. They will receive personalized attention and care from an experienced caregiver who is compassionate about animals. There is a full day charge on the day of drop off, regardless of the time, as that space has been cleaned, prepped and reserved for your pet. Check out time is 12pm 7 days a week. If you pick up your pet before 12pm on your check out day, you will not be charged for that day. Medications: If your pet takes medication we will be happy to administer them at no additional fee. Must be in original bottle and marked with name and instructions. Cancellation Policy: We simply ask you to let us know as soon as possible if you have to cancel or change a reservation. *During holidays a non refundable deposit may apply.
