i lived here and hated it they are hard to deal with they do as they want i got ripped off 5,000 from them i paid for a trailer just to find out there refusing me to live in it after i paid cashed for it they refused to let me move in it yet going to charge me rent fees my other trailer i had there tryed to sell it they made sure i didnt sell it i couldnt give it away they refuse everyone that came to see about it not recommended
