If you look at their website, it talks about highly skilled. Haha, highly skilled idiots they found online or wandering through the want ads. They used to have a great construction crew who were very skilled, but their service tech told us even those guys have left. Steer clear of Mr Burke and his pompous, arrogant attitude. Dont waste your time on their overpriced, understated joke of a service department. My personal experience with him has been countless calls to them for service, Mr Burke refuses to return calls, and treats his customers like garbage.
