When my son was involved in a wreck, we had Decker tow the car. It was in their storage for a couple of weeks before the insurance was ironed out. When my claims adjuster went to appraise, they could not find my son's car. Decker had allowed a third party company to come in and take the car without my permission. I later found my car in Louisville. When I kept trying to find out who authorized the release of my car, they told me to quick calling. When I said that they had very poor customer service, they told me that next time, I should not get into a wreck
