The Five Ten Vape Shoppe strive's to provide customers with the highest quality electronic cigarettes. We have a rule that we try out every device we sell, either before it's available for sale, or as soon as pre-ordered devices arrive, to look for any minor "quirks" we can pass on to our customers. (In fact, there some very popular devices out there that we chose not to carry based on our hands on experiences.) Our house eliquid, Bonvape, is manufactured in an FDA registered lab located within the United States and we continue to look for new lines of liquid that are up to our standards. All of our liquids are 95% glycerin, are clear in color (not cloudy), have an average shelf life of 18-months and are free from Diacetyl. Liquid strengths are available from 0mg through 24mg. A sampling station is available as well to try before you buy. At TFT, we only carry authentic devices and tanks. We don't have a problem with clones or 1:1 devices, but, from our experience, they can be "hit or miss" in terms of quality and reliability, so to eliminate that potential problem, we avoid them. We do our best to keep our prices as low as possible. Are we cheaper than purchasing online? The simple answer is no. As a small "brick & mortar" store, we can't compete with companies that have no overhead. However, you get to physically hold our products in your hand and see their features before you buy, we will set up your product with you in the store, and if you have a problem, we're there to help. You can't get that sort of personal service from any website. Our overall goal is to make sure our customers have a great experience. We take time with everyone who comes in looking for devices, tanks or just a new flavor to vape. We take additional time with our new vapers who may need the extra time to learn how to use their new devices, but everyone gets a full-demo on their new products before they leave the store.
