The pfilAtes program was created by Board Certified Urogynecologist and pelvic floor specialist Dr. Bruce Crawford to help improve pelvic floor strength. Pfilates' pelvic floor exercises for men and women help relieve overactive and leaky bladders, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and other pelvic floor issues requiring physical therapy. Pfilates is a Kegel alternative and a great pelvic floor muscles exercise for pregnant women.
