Cant wait to move. Lived here for year and this place is a mess. They raise the rent but dont improve any of the apartments. They are charging for water now. My apartment hasnt been modified for over 40 yrs. I have the same cabinets, same fixtures, and same everything from the 70s. You would think in 40yrs they would have modified something in the apartments. I should have been warned when the model had green apliances from the 60s. My bathroom sink is disgusting. They have been to fix it twice and it is still clogging but they refuse to change the 40 year old p
