They were to order a title request a month prior to when they actually did. They were the cause of the biggest delay on closing and made no attempt to rectify THEIR wrongdoing. Every single one of them in the office flat out refused to delay their holiday weekend plans by a single hour in order to make up for the two weeks delay THEY caused on the closing. Definitely NOT a customer based business. I suppose they think that's okay since they have no other competition in North Vernon.
