This travel agency is completely inexperienced, unprofessional, and treats their customers rudely. I have never in my life been treated with such disregard. I was trying to organize a customized travel plan for a group and an issue came up where we were no longer able to go on our trip. I explained this to the agent and instead of being understanding, the agent fired back an immature email that was absolutely uncalled for. We would have been glad to return to this agency when we could again go on our trip, but not anymore! Also, there is also a hidden $100 pla
