Woodside Village HOA is a great value. The homeowner dues are less than $200 a month and this includes the costs of gas and water at the individual unit. Reserves are more than $500,000 and there have been no special assessments in more than 25 years. Dues rarely go up. The place is gated, has CC TV and security guards.
