I, being an out of state visitor needed an oil change and new spark plugs. Bedard was recommended by an acquaintence as a competent auto shop. I took my car in for service and got an estimate of $105 for the plugs and synthetic oil change. The car was not ready at the end of the day and they wanted to keep it for one more day. The next day they called in the afternoon and said it was ready. I went in and got my invoice for $625.51.
