After several attempts to contact PTL Rentals, I realized that their promise to respond within 24 hours is an outright lie. This "company" appears to consist of one man, with a cell phone. After a week, I actually received a call back. The caller was outright rude, asking if I wanted to schedule a walk through. After replying yes, he then proceeded to demand tax identification information before proceeding further.
