they are crooked rats they treat you nice as you walk in the door but then they steal from you,call you a liar, you will have problems with this people . If you buy from them make sure you count each tile in each box thats right in each box because thats what i was told when i told them i had missing sheets of mosaic and had many broken tile , they told me WELL THERES NOTHING WE CAN DO YOU SIGN O WELL dont believe those reviews you read of them that have positive things about them i believe its themselves writing all that. good luck
