Today, I returned a call to CFM concerning an upcoming MRI and pre-certification, to my dismay, Collene at CFM actually told me that I should do the calling around to get the pre-cert information--not the doctor's office, she was absolutely rude and told me this wasn't there job---Well good then, Dr. Borrelli is no longer my doctor due to Ms. Collene and her wonderful customer service--OR lack of being a friendly CSR or manager..
