I was referred to Paul Kramer by a friend of mine who had gotten engaged 1 year earlier. After trying the big chain stores I figured I would give it a shot. Paul was amazing. He walked me through the process, showed me a ton of stones until I found "the one" and his prices were fantastic, 20-30% below Robins Brothers. I think it is because he has low overhead in a small business park in Orange as opposed to South Coast or Fashion Island.
