The following is the email I sent to Hacienda corporate after MY LAST visit to their restaurant: I visited your South Bend, IN restaurant on Fri 2-18-11 with some friends and was not at all satisfied with the service. Our server "XXXXX" was very slow getting our drinks, we received our drinks almost ten minutes after ordering (keep in mind we're eating dry chips and spicy salsa this whole time). We had to ask for every little thing and then wait to get it - XXXXX was not pro-active to our needs at all ( napkins, more salsa, another Coke,
