A Planned Approach did not do as they promised. I would NEVER refer them for business. Janis was rude when I called to schedule an appointment and then after the appointment I called and she was rude again! She said that this coupon was not for "business" financial planning even though it did not say so on the certificate. Her small "A" framed building is smaller than most houses so that excuse didn't fly with me. She said our building was too big but my home is bigger than this office building and there was no specification with this certificate. I told her I w
