Worst customer service ever!! I had a broken tap that we had rented from them. When I tried to return it the next day for a partial refund or a discount, as we couldn't use the whole keg. I was told I was stupid and had no common sense for sending someone back to the store for a new tap. Well it was a surprise party and the guests were there 40 minutes prior to the surprise, everyone had been drinking bottled beer and wine and we didn't want to tap the keg til the guest of honor arrived. You want me to send intoxicated people 20 minutes away to get a new tap
