DR. Maria Palafox

Dr. Maria Palafox is a tenured, experienced breast cancer and general surgeon trained in the most advanced laparoscopic and endoscopic techniques. She has extensive breast cancer surgery experience and is adroit with the latest advances in diagnostic biopsy, genetic testing, and the surgical removal of breast cancer tumors. Dr. Palafox graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Cambridge and went on to pursue both her medical degree and a post-residency fellowship in critical care. Dr. Palafox is a native Spanish speaker with a passion for the south side and small towns surrounding Bexar County. Her offices are located in Mission Trail and Pleasanton.
