The Simply Settled process begins at the initial consult where a relative (typically an adult child) or friend is trying to convince their elderly parent or aging senior that it's time to sell the home and move into an independent living or assisted living community. Then, we help sort through the assets, dispose of the throw-away items, move the storage components to storage, and move the furniture to the next living location...as well as fix up the house for sale with repairs and then sell the house and complete the move. We get NO payment until the senior is moved and the house is sold.
