Martra Holdings Co., a Colorado Corporation, is the parent company of 3 subsidiary entities, Martra Development Co., Martra Construction Co., and Martra Management Co. In addition Martra Holdings Co. is the investment vehicle for our investors so as to encompass all of our subsidiary entities. Martra Holdings Co. will all hold all assets, leases, and intellectual property rights for all of these entities. While the design and construction of agricultural suites and complexes is our specialty, we are well versed in all other construction disciplines including, but not limited to, commercial construction, residential construction, municipal construction and planned unit developments.
