Rashmi Gulati, MD, is the medical director of Patients Medical, providing state-of-the-art health care aimed at nurturing the whole patient. As a leading internist and pathologist in Manhattan's Midtown East neighborhood, Dr. Gulati offers a broad array of medical treatments and care to help patients lead healthier, more balanced lives, including chelation therapy, medical weight loss, hormonal balancing with bioidentical hormones, anti-aging therapy, vitamin therapy, and treatments for menopause, fertility issues, adrenal fatigue and thyroid disorders, as well as care for cardiac and circulatory issues. Dr. Gulati is committed to patient-centered care, focusing on each patient's unique medical needs, lifestyle and other factors to develop plans of care that are highly attuned to every person's individual needs to achieve optimal health and wellness. As the medical director of Patients medical, she and her colleagues provide patients with innovative integrative care that combines the best of Western medicine and complementary services, like meditation, massage, Ayurveda and detoxification, supported by nutrition therapy and other healthy lifestyle choices. In addition to her internal medicine practice which focuses on the needs of adult patients, Dr. Gulati is a certified DAN (Defeat Autism Now) physician with a focus on children ages 5 to 12 with autism spectrum disorders. Dr. Gulati completed a residency in pathology at Rohtak Medical College in India, followed by a residency in internal medicine at St. Joseph medical Center in Chicago and Orlando Regional Medical Center in Florida. She trained as a holistic, integrative physician with the American College for Advancement in Medicine. Dedicated to advancing her learning, she maintains active memberships in several medical associations, including the American College of Physician Executives, American Association of Physicians from India (AAPI), American College for Advancement in Medicine (ACAM), and the American College of Physicians (ACP). In addition to her private practice, Dr. Gulati provides care for patients at Parkway Hospital and Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn. When not caring for patients, Dr. Gulati enjoys meditation, healthy eating and daily exercise, as well as spending time with her husband and children. She welcomes new patients to her Manhattan practice.
