I specialize in two different session styles: FLAWLESS Relaxation Massage~ A Swedish style blend, using long flowing hand movements to relax your nerves and stimulate your circulatory system. This style of bodywork is extraordinarily relaxing and lulls many of my clients into a restful sleep. I include Deep Tissue Massage, Reiki, or Passive Joint Movement to target your body's specific needs. Invigorating Massage~ This is a much more energizing style of massage and is wonderful if you must return to work after your session or if you are feeling tired and rundown. A blend of Petrosage Techniques are used to tonify (stimulate & strengthen) your body and its energy pathways, blood, lymph, and organs. I include many pressure points and an adaptation of Tuina that I've found particularly effective for my clients. I also may incorporate passive joint movement to further relieve stiffness and congestion in your arms and legs.
