Carl has a business facebook and a google+ account which are not linked yet. He needs a twitter created. He is having problems with his email it is giving bounce back warnings however still goes through to him. He also has a gmail account which he will try to find password to and call me for help with. Likes that we work with only a few industries so stress about working in his industry if ever possible.
