- 24-Hour Assistance by Trained Staff: To meet the specialized classes of residents we serve our staff members are provided with CBRF training according to State of Wisconsin DHS:83. Each staff member is trained to meet residents physical mental spiritual and personal care and needs. Each resident is provided with pendent or wrist 24-hour call system. Household: Creating a Home with Personal Touches to Each Area of the Home. Each resident is provided with private or semiprivate bedrooms. Hospital beds with all bedding are provided. Each room has internet and charter TV services available. Housekeeping is provided for each residents area. Laundry services are provided for each residents need. Homemade meals are provided three times a day with snacks included. Monitoring of residents food and fluid takes daily. Health: Keeping Track of Residents Quality of Care Health Needs and Health Conditions. Medications and/or treatments are ordered by residents physician. Storage is in a secure place. Daily medication mar chart is kept each shift per resident. Visiting Physicians can visit without leaving our home. Residents must sign up with Visiting Physicians program (covered by Medicare). Nurse is available upon request from CLHOs for charting training and medications. Exercises based on residents ability to perform per doctor order. Daily monitoring of change of condition of health. Preferred Podiatry Group Services provided without leaving our home (covered by Medicare). Licensed hair stylist: added cost paid directly to stylist. Leisure: A time when the activity is fun creative and socialization of residents come together. Leisure and social activities are organized to meet the needs of each resident. Activity calendar made out monthly by activity staff. Volunteers are welcome. Respite: When there is a need for care on short term needs. Community Living Home Options provides temporary stays based on availability. Each resident receives same level of care as our regular service plans. It can be used for weekend a week for someone recuperating from a hospital stay
