Self-owned business. As a Certified Yoga Instructor, I offer residential sessions personally designed for each client, as well as meditation instruction. Privacy and safety are my ongoing priority in establishing an alliance of trust. By working together with the needs of each individual, clients feel that they can achieve attainable goals as they learn to listen, feel and heal their bodies from the inside out.
