When I first arrived at the shop, I was completely ignored while the employees either smoked and talked or ate a variety food stuffs. After demanding help, I was rudely asked "What," by a man puffing a cigar. The problem in my car persisted--even though I was assured it was fixed. I paid a hefty fee--most of which was attested to "labor fees." Although what labor, I'm not sure. I was never given a receipt and my car was returned dirty. Worst service ever! I ended up going next to Express Auto Service. Service there is an A=! (:
